It's time for
something new...

Having left school in 2015, I quickly realised I had no idea what I wanted to do with myself or where my skills lay. Thankfully I was approached by both my church and a youth organisation to do two internships, where I learned the fundamentals of design and media!

Having been inspired and encouraged during this time, I chose to continue down this path and have since graduated from Ulster University with a 1st Class Honours in Interactive Media. I also have been freelancing for 8 years. In final year of University, I was approached by Rapid Agency and helped establish their mark in the digital landscape of Belfast as a website designer and developing my skills in UX design. As my passion for UX grew and an opportunity arose, I joined the BBC in April 2022, where I have been working as a UX Midweight since within the Digital Archives and Backstage teams, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on amazing projects such as bbcrewind, Archive Search and other exciting upcoming projects!
